With the opulent decor now finished, the team of old hands and new recruits must ensure that the service lives up to the luxurious surroundings. From the butlers who will offer bespoke service for guests in the most expensive suites to the chefs and waiting staff in the new River Restaurant, the pressure is on. The team attempts to woo top celebrities back to the Savoy, but will the hotel live up to their expectations once they are through the door?
