Todd's journey takes him through the transformed barrios of Panama City, to restaurants and cafes run by former gang members and trades punches with his childhood idol and former world champion boxer Roberto Duran. High in the mountain town of Boquete, Todd meets with a coffee genius who stands at the forefront of the industry and produces a bean that sells for an absurd 600 dollars a pound.
