The 20th installment is set in Shinjuku, Tokyo, home to one of the largest entertainment districts in the country and nicknamed the city that never sleeps. Kajiyama has developed mild aphasia due to the stress of his daily work. Unable to converse with clients, he visits the hospital, where the doctor points out his sexual frustration and suggests that he take some time to relax and refresh himself. Kajiyama, who feels particularly anxious about communicating with women, decides to relieve stress with a "robot delivery health" service, which does not require any interaction with women.
