The anesthesiologist Botkin invents an elixir of love and asks Mantou for permission to test it on patients. Mantou disagrees. Then Botkin zombifies Manta with a gas of complete submission (another of his inventions) and takes over the management of the hospital. He orders Masha to bring tea with the elixir of love to the patients in Ward No. 6. The patients drink tea, fall in love with Masha and pursue her. Masha calls the orderlies, the patients are put on straitjackets. Soon, Dr. Botkin orders to release the patients and take tests from them.
