Seeing that Sit was unable to defeat Mui, Kwei bated the drum to wake
all the soldiers to besiege her. As the situation was disadvantageous
to Mui, she fled away. Chau and Chuen then grabbed the opportunity to escape. Chau took Sit to a secret cellar to cure his wound and to wait for recovery. Failing to find Sit by all means; Mui declared to kill Emperor Teng and all the people of Tin Shan City unless Sit presented himself.
As Chau discovered that Mui needed to drink more human blood to increase her power, Kwei risked his own life by poisoning himself. Chau and Sit
then tricked Mui to take the poisoned blood of Kwei which greatly
weakened her power. Sit finally managed to kill Mui. Meanwhile,
Kwei was in serious danger. As Sit's blood was enriched with the
quintessence of the nine bulls and two tigers, he transfused them to
Kwei who was then finally saved.… ...
