HIU TUNG becomes a Tierce woman while FUNG turns into a weak one. All are happy except the Old Spirit who worries about it. HIU TUNG is harsh to the employees and YIN. FUNG becomes so kind that she persuades YIN to accept it. YIN is angry. YIN cannot stand Tor it and gives up the hotel. HIU TUNG sells it to FUJI TARO. HUNG cannot stop her and is scolded by her. The Old Spirit and TUNG ask YING HUNG to withdraw the magic but by mistake, the employees are changed into cruel ones. YING HUNG wants to use fire to cure the others. However it causes a fire hazard and all are trapped. In order to save PING and HUNG, the Old Spirit gives up his life. For the Tire case, TUNG is being judged.
