1996 Russia. A subsidized government delegation goes to Bulgaria to meet the prophet and the modern miracle-Wang. The TV delegates are joined by delegates in the hope of interviewing an extraordinary woman. Among the group, Wang singles out intern Alice, who will testify about Wang's confession of heart.
