Overview

Takehiko Kayano, an empath who is naturally more empathetic toothers than most people. After being involved in a horrific incident, he begins to feel the physical pain of others as if it were his own pain. Not only is he unable to lead his life as before, but he is also unable to leave his house. He goes to every doctor he can find, but his days are filled with anguish as he cannot find an appropriate treatment. One day, Takehiko finds an opening for a clinical trial for people with empathic tendencies, and decides to take it. Takehiko receives therapy from Ishii Shiori, a researcher of cognitive behavioral therapy, and his symptoms seem to be getting better, but...
