As soon as he wakes up, the unfortunate debtor is assailed by a crowd of creditors who, bill in hand, throw themselves on the unfortunate man. Pursued by the delirious pack, the debtor slips away and then, grabbing a broom, faces the pursuers on the doorstep where each of them is conscientiously beaten.
