Counter embarks on a series of wilderness expeditions that task Sylas Grove with performing live electronic music inspired by extreme environments. Composed of five distinct sets that are equal parts introspective performance art and expeditionary feat, BIOMES contrasts Sylas’ meditative, digital expression with our world’s natural visual spectacle. Traversing a lush redwood forest, stalactite-dotted cavern, snow-capped mountaintop, and vibrant Aztec sandstone mesa, all culminating in a pure white snowstorm, the Counter crew invites you to explore electronica.
