More underground gore mayhem. 20 years after the banishing of the Meat, yet another plague threatens humanity. Dr Steinberg that accidentally created the horrendous Meat managed to clone himself just before his death, but an error occurred, and he became insane. Driven by hatred and insanity he produces data-chips capable of turning humans into mindless zombies under his control. He uses this "weapon" to cause chaos and destruction throughout the world, with the sole purpose of killing all human beings...
